WHAT IS SUCCESS?

Did you know who in 1923 was:

01. President of the largest steel company in US?

02. President of the largest gas company in US?

03. President of the New York Stock Exchange?

04. Greatest wheat speculator?

05. President of the Bank of International Settlement?

06. Great Bear of Wall Street?

These men should have been considered some of world’s most successful men. At least they found the secret making money.

More than 55 years later, do you know what became of these men?

01. The President of the largest steel company, Charles Schwab, died a pauper.

02. The President of the largest gas company, Edward Hopson, turned insane.

03. The President of the NYSE, Richard Whitney, was released from prison to die at home.

04. The greatest wheat speculator, Arthur Cooger, died abroad penniless.

05. The President of the Bank of International Settlement shot himself.

06. The Great Bear of Wall Street, Cosbee Rivermore, died of suicide.

The same year, 1923, the winner of the most important golf championship, Gene Sarazan, won the US Open and PGA Tournament. Many decades later he was still playing golf and was solvent.

CONCLUSION: Stop worrying about business and start playing golf.
