MONEY TALK

  • No mountain is so high that an ass loaded with gold cannot climb it.

  • In every trade and pursuit of life, both the rich and the poor are to be found.

  • Men now worship gold to the neglect of Gods. By gold, good faith is banished and justice is sold.

  • A little house filled with peace and joy, a field well tilled, a little wife filled with love and affection, are great riches.

  • There are three faithful friends, an old wife, an old dog, and ready money.

  • Business is like ridding a bicycle. Either you keep moving or you fall down.

  • A man, who cannot sit still in his chamber and who cannot say no, is not fit for business.
